2011/2012 Membership Packets
NOTE: New members must complete the NEW MEMBERSHIP PACKET (All forms). Renewing members may complete the abbreviated RENEWING MEMBERSHIP PACKET.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Beginning with the 2012-2013 membership year, members will be required to volunteer for a minimum of 5 hours at club events. In order to renew or join you will need to provide documentation of your service hours for the 2011-2012 year. That means that you should log your volunteer hours beginning July 1st, 2011.
