Take Your 2009 from Good to Great!

We are so excited about 2009. We have added a new class for this year, this is our Strength and Flexibility class (details are below). Although our classes are labeled “youth” and “adult” we welcome adults to attend all classes and mature youth (on a case by case basis) are welcome to attend all classes as well. Class schedule begins

We are also interested in having a class during spring break and the summer for middle school and high school guys. If you are interested or know anyone that might be interested in the guys class, please email Markell at Markell@Ondruseksportsmed.com.

Remember, if you attend more than 5 classes in a month, they only cost $10 per class.  Also, don’t forget that we offer Private and Semi-Private Wellness sessions for youth and adults and Private and Semi-Private Performance Enhancement sessions for youth and adult athletes. Services include but are not limited to strength and conditioning, flexibility, soft tissue work, and injury prevention – based on your own personal needs. We also have open gym available for $20/month, Catherine and Markell are usually available for limited feedback and guidance while you do your own workout. Please contact Markell if you are interested in scheduling sessions for you or someone in your family. Feel free to send this on to friends and family that might be interested.

Looking forward to a great 2009,

 Markell and Catherine
